These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Kelly’s Footwear’s Website. Kelly’s Footwear is located at 507 Main Street, Palmerston North – 4410, New Zealand.

We employ the use of cookies. By using Kelly’s Footwear’s website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with Kelly’s Footwear’s privacy policy. Most of the modern day interactive web sites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. 

Payment Terms

Kelly’s Footwear accept payments via our Credit Card Payment portal provider Bambora, PayPal and Oxipay. All goods will remain the property of Kelly’s Footwear until payment has been received in full and cleared via the method chosen by the Client. 

Delivery Terms

We ship via CourierPost and aim to have the product to customers within a reasonable time frame – 2 to 5 business days for Urban delivery and 2-6 business days for rural delivery. We will provide tracking details for you to follow your order’s journey.

Product Information & Warranties

Because we have a busy bricks and mortar store, there is a small chance the item ordered has been sold instore before your order has  been processed. If this occurs we will let you know via email or phone and discuss the options available to you. All our goods are covered by Manufacturing Warranty. If the product sold to you, fails in some way, we will assess and work with you to find a solution.
