Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
While we make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Stock Availability
We are a busy family-owned brick and mortar footwear store.
Although we make every effort to keep our website up to date, products may occasionally sell in-store before our website inventory is updated.
If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss an alternative product or arrange a full refund.
Orders
Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance of that order.
An order is considered accepted once it has been processed and dispatched by Kelly’s Footwear.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where necessary.

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
