What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Kelly’s ship your item via CourierPost NZ, you will receive tracking details for your order so you will know exactly where it is and when you can get your feet in your new shoes.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We aim to have your parcel to you in 2-5 working days for urban delivery and 3-7 working days for rural delivery. Of course, these are estimates only but we endeavour to get your parcel to you as quickly as we can. Shipping to Australia can take some time, however your new footwear should be with you within 10 working days.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once you have placed and paid for your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment. You will be able to follow your package throughout its journey. If you have any queries about your shipment please email us with your order number and we will help you out.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping to urban areas in NZ costs just $10. Orders over $250 will ship out free for our NZ customers. Our Australian customers pay a flat rate of just $30.

Kelly’s Footwear accept PayPal, Credit Card Payments, Oxipay, Laybuy and Humm.
How Does Humm Work?
Humm allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over 4 fortnightly payments. The first payment will be taken at the time of checkout and is 25% of the purchase price. Do You Do Laybuy?
If something’s twisting your arm, Laybuy lets you receive your purchase now and spread the total cost over 6 weekly automatic payments. Always interest-free.
Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?
You can order as a guest but if you would like to check on your order after placing it, you will need to create an account. All your info is safe and just used for the purposes of shipping and payment.

Why Was My Order Cancelled?
We are a busy, family owned and operated bricks and mortar shoe store and sometimes the product that you have ordered has already been purchased in store before we begin processing your order. If we can’t reorder the product from the supplier we will refund your money. In either case we will let you know via email or phone.
How Do I Place An Order?
Find your dream shoe, select the size, add to the cart, find the payment method you prefer and voila! Your newest additions will then be on their way to you.

How Do I Cancel My Order?
If you change your mind, please contact us via the options above as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to return the item at your own cost and then we will refund the purchase price of the shoes.
What Do I Do If My Shoes Are Faulty?
If your shoes happen to be faulty we will either replace (if we have a replacement available) or we will give you a full refund of your purchase price. The shoes will need to be returned to us for assessment before a decision will be made in regards to replacing or refunding. Please contact us and we will work with you to get a resolution.
My Shoes Don’t Fit, How Do I Return Them?
Those awesome shoes you purchased don’t fit? As long as when trying on you have worn them inside on carpet we can offer you either an exchange or refund. We are unable to accept returns that are clearly worn or damaged. Please get in touch with us if you are wanting to return your shoes.
